Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining business processes. As well as 2nd / 3rd line support for all technical issues. ​ Why you will be great in this role...... The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support as well as an interest in automation. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement correct solutions. ​ Skills & abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate in business-critical situations. Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Power Bi & e-forms A good working knowledge of a wide variety of IT hardware e.g. desktops, laptops, tablets and other peripheral devices. Good knowledge of active directory, office365, shared folders and Microsoft servers A strong understanding of installing software applications. Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Design, configure, test and document solutions based on the functional and business requirements. Work with external data sources and LOB (line of business; ERPs, Finance Systems, CRM systems, etc.) Maintain and manage our organisation's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers. Provide technical support to end-users on all IT-related issues, including desktop support, network connectivity, and software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. ​
